TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read and understand the following Terms and Conditions before proceeding. By engaging Radiant Wash LLP, you are deemed to have accepted and are legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. SERVICES

1.1 Our services are intended for customers who have subscribed to our car washing and grooming services.

1.2 We are not liable for any loss or damage to the vehicle, including scratches, dents, grazes, scuffs while rendering our services.

1.3 Our operational hours are from Mondays to Sunday from 8 pm to 3 am. However, operational hours for corporate projects are not restricted to the above.

1.4 Payment must be made before the cleaning and grooming.

1.5 Services will be carried out at the car park lot, depending on the package.

1.6 There will be no washing or grooming on public holidays and in adverse weather conditions.

1.7 We reserve the right to decline any of our services without prior notice. In these circumstances, we will issue a refund within 5 business days.

2. CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 It is the customer's responsibility to inform our team of the existing condition of the vehicle that may make it impossible to render our services effectively. In this instance, the service scheduled on the day shall be void.

2.2 Customers' vehicles must be parked within the car park lot, avoiding parking too closely to walls and other hindrances that may prevent our team from carrying out the cleaning effectively.

2.3 Customers may not solicit any of our employees to terminate their relationship with Radiant Wash LLP or for any other work (whether in relation to the scope of the work).

2.4 Do not approach our employees if the washing is not done satisfactorily.

2.5 Feedback, complaints, and compliments should be sent to Radiantwashsingapore@gmail.com.

2.6 Products used for the service may be changed without prior notice.

2.7 It is the customers responsibility to send us your level and lot number and time that you will be homed for us to locate your vehicle, failure to let us know in the whatsapp group the session be voided in your wash package.

3.PAYMENT

3.1 If you do not receive your receipt/ confirmation message within 2 working days after the transaction, please forward the following information: your name, vehicle registration number, residential postal code, and contact number to 82990899.

3.2 All payments made are non-refundable. For our subscription package, should you choose to cease our services, we will continue providing washes until the end of the billing cycle.

3.3 Should you want to cancel your subscription package do cancel it before renewal of the package you may do it through our website or whatsapp us in your respective group chat if you require us to cancel it for you before payment is charged, once renewed all payments are non-refundable refer to 3.2.

3.4 We accept payments via bank transfers, card payment on the website, and Paylah/Paynow.

3.5 Radiant Wash LLP reserves the right to terminate its service or your package at any time. In such cases, we will gladly provide a refund for the remaining period or unused portion of your package. If a refund is required, we will calculate it based on the number of remaining washes in your package.

For instance, let's say you've purchased our PRO package for $99.99, which includes 4 washes, 1 premium waxing, and 1 wash has already been completed. As each wash is valued at $24.99, we will refund you the remaining balance of $74.99, reflecting the unused portion of your package.

3.6 We will issue an electronic receipt via e-mailing address upon request only.

3.7 We reserve the right to change/amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time. By engaging us, you would have deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

BEST SERVICE BASIS

Our services are provided on a best efforts basis. We will not be held responsible in the event that we are unable to clean and remove stains on your vehicle. All services listed in our marketing material are for reference only and do not necessarily represent a guarantee that the service was performed depending on the condition of your vehicle or upon a special extenuating circumstance.

INCIDENTAL DAMAGE

We are not responsible for any incidental damage that may occur while your vehicle is in our possession, including but not limited to any damage related to pre-existing conditions (scratches, dents, stains, etc.), damage to automated windshield wiper systems, wiper blades, rear window wipers, exterior moldings, exterior mirrors, trailer hitch caps,
